Meal Planning

Recipes I'm going to make or try in the next few weeks to use up ingredients more effectively without forgetting my plaaans. Co-worker bringing me two kinds of wild caught fish:

*Tomato and artichoke heart chicken breast
Serve with pasta

*Breaded CroakerThe peanuts and bread mix smells like cookies. Was ok, but I'm not sure I like this flavor combo on fish all the time
w/Orange and Paprika Farro

*Almondine Sea Trout
With garlic couscous

*Baked trout with garlic and mushrooms
With Quinoa and black beans

*Fried trout
With salad and Millet Muffins

*Steamed Croaker
W/steamed asparagus and carrots

*Venison Hamburgers
w/rosemary roasted potatoes

*Wild rice and pink beans
w/cilantro chicken sausage and plantains

*Millet Porridge

Correlation Between Frequent Meals and Weightloss

People have been asking me lately how I've managed to lose so much weight. Even to the extreme of asking if I've had surgery.

Well, sorry. I've been eating things like pancakes and pizza all the same, and haven't gained back a pound.

The answer from what I can tell, is two fold. One being the muscle mass I gained in moving. It is still present, though I'm no longer doing as much lifting to keep it up, so I might suffer gain if I don't pick up that slack. But the main event is the frequent eating.

I've been eating up to six meals a day. Averaging probably every 3 hours- shorter if I'm eating lighter things like fresh produce. The fact is that high protein and fat keeps me satisfied longer. Understandable, since the veggies or fruit technically is easier to digest.

I haven't weighed myself lately, but I am noticibly thinner. And the majority of it is from tricking my body into knowing the actual truth.

I've got so much food, it should just shut up about starving.
